Dear readers,
The culinary adventure started three countries ago, or which is almost the same, back in 2015. I have learned so much, it’s unbelievable. Also, I don’t have enough words to express how useful everything has become, because if I try to do so, it would sound like a total lie. At home, we’re not the same people thanks to the good cuisine we are now used to. Truly, this has no payable price, and I know, I’ll be forever thankful with this noble artisan kind of work.
It all started as a hobby, and I have now reconverted into a new profession. And even though I am sure my path is just in its early stage, and I have even sometimes wanted to run away and drop the ball, the effort finally pays off today.
I have become familiar with many new products, types of cooking, cooks from everywhere around the globe, and alleged secrets I will surely start sharing with everyone either here or in future projects around good food.
I can become emotional, but this is not the main objective of these entry. However, I want to make a brief stop and thank my accomplice for this adventure; my husband. I am infinitely and deeply grateful, for he eats everything I cook, whether it’s good or not. And you know? His now fully trained palate is opinionated and expresses his thoughts thereof. Thank you, sweetheart. Without You, this would still be a dream stored in a forgotten drawer. And of course, thanks to all of you, my readers, for granting me with your precious time to read whatever craziness I type here. I hope you enjoy my gastronomic whatnot.
And without further ado, let the cooking begin!
Yours truly,
La Gourmandista
