Tamaliza for the Holidays
Did you know there are more than 4,000 different tamales recipes out there? As it’s become a little tradition of mine since joining Culinaria, I am hosting our annual tamales cookout with some classics, but also with others you might have never heard of before. For some reason, this year’s selection is completely vegetarian. Oh, and there’ll be soup as well. ($105.00 p/p)

In September 2021, I returned to teaching in-person classes after the COVID-19 forced hiatus. This time, I did it at Culinaria Cooking School, a school which specializes in amateur classes for home cooks as young as 9 years-old.
