Hi! I’m Viviana. Welcome to my blog. Here, I write my recipes, thoughts and opinions on everything related to the culinary world since 2011 when my husband, Guillermo, and I, went to live in Paris.
After my diagnosis at 46, I was depressed. My diet was extremely restrictive as suggested by my medical team. Viviana helped me learn what to cook, how to combine food, and have a different view on how to eat without regrets.
